Coldwell Banker Advantage purchased the old Ponderosa Café in Beaver Utah. Our intent was to make it our new branch office. I needed the professionalism of a company that had the ability to oversee the design, obtain all permits, and manage subcontractors. We turned the project over to their company. Dual-A came up with a design that met our approval, obtained permits and oversaw the construction. They turned an old eye sore” into a beautiful new office complex. The building now meets handicap codes and is energy efficient. They installed new insulation, windows, doors, lighting, heating, AC, and much more. But best of all is the street appeal that we now have. Beaver City Corporation awarded our business with their top award for Beautifying and Supporting Beaver City.”
